The Midtown Apartments is a quiet boutique apartment village near Tyler's medical centers and convenient to both Tyler Junior College and UT Tyler campuses. Centrally located, we're about a mile from downtown and convenient to major employers.
We cater to professionals who need a furnished extended-stay option while in Tyler, Texas, including traveling nurses and other medical personnel working out of Trinity Christus Mother Frances or UT Health East Texas. We also provide a great alternative for those transitioning during a move or home construction project. Lastly, we serve an adult community who no longer wants the responsibility of maintaining a home, allowing time for travel and other activities.
Our apartments are available for short- or long-term rental, and all utilities are included! Whether you're here for a month or longer, we've got a lease to fit your needs.

"I’m a traveling therapist. These apartments feel like home. On long assignments hotels can get old quickly. I love the privacy and how quiet the neighborhood is. These apartments are one story with assigned parking right outside your front door. Which I love! They are so convenient. It’s only 2 miles from my hospital site so I was able to run home at lunch if I wanted to. Highly recommend!"

"The Midtown is absolutely the best furnished apartment I've ever rented. The photos on the website are accurate, and the owners of the complex are wonderful. The location is only a 4-minute drive to the local hospitals, and is extremely close to restaurants and shopping. The apartment and grounds are safe, clean, and quiet. My apartment was exquisitely furnished, providing all amenities except for food and my own personal items. If you don't rent an apartment at The Midtown when you're in Tyler, you'll regret renting elsewhere (because The Midtown is the BEST)!"

AWESOME PLACE TO STAY
"Awesome place to stay. They helped us in a bind. Sold our home and did not have a new to move into for several months. Since all of our stuff was in storage this was a great option for us. Very friendly and helpful. Yard was always maintained and never had any issues. I would stay here again should the need arise. I will be passing them along to my contract workers. Thank you guys!"
