PET POLICY
The Midtown Apartments are dog-friendly. We allow up to two dogs per unit, as long as they meet the following requirements:
Dogs

Small to mid-sized dogs less than 25 pounds only

No vicious breeds

Walk dogs in designated areas. Please practice "leave no trace" by immediately picking up their "deposits". Bags and trash receptacles are provided.
Documentation

Proof of current vaccinations on all pets is required upon move-in and upon request thereafter
Pet Deposits

$400.00 non-refundable pet deposit for first pet

$100.00 non-refundable pet deposit for second pet ($500.00 total for two pets)

Additional Monthly Rent

$15.00/month/pet ($30.00 additional rent/month for two pets)
We are unable to accommodate cats or exotic animals.
THE APPLICATION PROCESS
For the safety and enjoyment of all The Midtown tenants, we carefully screen each applicant before they join our neighborhood.
Since you've got a lot on your plate when making a move, we do our best to make the application process as easy as possible, which means it can all be completed online.

You should know the status of your application within 24 hours of submitting all paperwork

Immediately prior to move-in, our housekeeper will clean and disinfect your unit

NON-REFUNDABLE MAKE-READY FEE: $115

LEASE PAPERWORK

Once you're approved, The Midtown will forward you a lease agreement for the unit you'll call home. If you have dogs, you'll also receive our pet addendum.

As with the application, all lease paperwork can be handled electronically using our e-signature platform. Of course, if you're local and prefer to sign the old-fashioned way, we can accommodate that too!

YOUR FIRST PAYMENT

If your move-in date is between the 1st and 25th of the month, we'll collect pro-rated rents for the remainder of the current month and your first full payment will be due on the 1st of the following month.
​
If you move in between the 26th and the end of the month, we'll collect the current month's pro-rated rents plus the first full month.
